How do I...?
Below are instructions to properly heat, cook, freeze and general care of our baked goods.
Croissants
Reheating Instructions
Elevate your croissant game! Pop them into the air fryer at a cozy 200 degrees for a mere 4-7 minutes, and voilà—you'll achieve that perfect golden crispiness you crave. Just keep a watchful eye—those flaky delights can go from chic to charred before you know it!
Reheating Instructions
Warm your buns in foil at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes until they're as warm as you like. Making sliders? Add your choice of toppings to sliced rolls, brush with butter, cover in foil, and heat at 250-300 degrees for 15-30 minutes. Watch carefully.
Bread
Care of you loaf of bread
Keep your fresh bread delicious by sealing it in the provided plastic bag or another air-tight container. Enjoy slices when you like for up to a week on the counter. Don't put the end piece back in the bag—it makes the rest of the bread go stale. Don't refrigerate it to prevent it from drying out; let it rest in its bag on the counter, far from the dishwasher's heat to avoid mold. For those who plan ahead, cut the loaf into desired thickness and freeze it single layer on a tray with parchment paper, and then store in small bags inside the freezer. Thawing is easy—just place them on the counter, or pop them in the toaster for immediate warmth and crunch. Or make a stockpile of French toast for a quick, delightful treat whenever you fancy!
Cupcakes
Care Instructions
Chill your cupcakes to perfection! Store them in the fridge for a quick treat within 2 days, or tuck them away in the freezer (ensuring they're snug in an airtight container) for extended indulgence. Ready for a taste? Simply thaw them on your countertop for 15 to 30 minutes and enjoy the bloom of flavors! 🧁✨
Cake Care
Freezing /Thawing
Most of our items do very well frozen. Either wrap them in plastic wrap or place in an air tight container, To thaw, place in the fridge for cupcakes and cake. For pastries and donuts place on the counter or microwave for a few seconds at a time until the desire temperature is achieved. Do not over heat or it will become hard and unedible.
Pie Care
For prebaked ready to eat pies,PreHeat your oven at 200°F for 20-30 minutes to refresh them—watch carefully to avoid burning the top. Place your pie on a foil-lined baking sheet to keep your oven clean from drips.
For frozen pies, bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes. If the crust browns too soon, cover with foil. Your pumpkin pie is done when a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, with the filling firm but slightly wobbly.
